Dr. Ketan Patel biography

Growing up in the United Kingdom was a tremendous change from the rolling hills of Kentucky! Dr. Ketan Patel spent his early years in a small village in the Midlands of Warwickshire until his parents emigrated to the United States in 1985. In 2002, Dr. Patel received his Doctor of Dental Medicine, DMD, degree from the University of Kentucky and his Master's in Business Administration from the University of Louisville. Dr. Patel received his undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky...and does he play basketball??? You will have to ask him and find out!

Soon after graduating he moved to Atlanta and started his own dental office. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and keeps up with new advances in dentistry with numerous continuing education courses here and abroad. He specializes in general dentistry with an emphasis on braces, dental implants and cosmetic dentistry.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Patel enjoys golfing and spending time with his family. He and his wife have two boys, the older with autism. Autism is a tremendous part of their lives and is sometimes the central focus in creating a happy, healthy and bright future for their son.
